 Our fees are structured at 10% of the candidate's annual salary with a 60-day pro-rated guarantee if you hire a candidate we recommend. If you source a candidate independently but seek our consultation, our hourly rate is $80. We provide upfront quotes and ensure transparency in all fee discussions. Our candidates never incur any fees for our services.
