  Max Professional Solutions (MPS) was born from resilience and a belief in the power of connections. Our founder's journey began when she faced the challenge of re-entering the job market after a long sabbatical as a stay-at-home mother. She felt lost and uncertain about her career prospects and faced repeated rejections for jobs she knew she could excel in. A pivotal moment came when she reached out to a recruiting firm that looked beyond her gap in official work experience and helped her get in front of potential employers. This experience ignited her passion for recruiting, leading her to a fulfilling career spanning over two decades.

With valuable experience gained from local and national firms, our founder pursued further education in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to better understand human motivation and to enhance her skills as a recruiter. During this time, she also came to understand the importance of inclusivity (DE&I) in the workplace, recognizing that diverse teams drive innovation and success. This dedication to understanding people on a profound level culminated in the founding of MPS.

Our mission is clear: to offer personalized, boutique service, focusing on quality over quotas. Starting with a single client needing part-time help, MPS has grown into a trusted partner for businesses, placing executives and managers across diverse sectors, including physician’s offices and non-profits.
